Same Same But Different in Hong Kong

Everybody who is in Hong Kong these days should come to see Same Same But Different. With the theme of "Two days on the move with German Filmmakers" the Goethe Institute is going to screen in collaboration with Broadway Cinematheque several German movies.

Same Same But Different in Netherlands

Another chance to watch Same Same But Different during a festival:
The movie is going to be screened during the Movies that Matter Festival.
This festival takes place every spring in Filmhuis Den Haag and Theater aan het Spui in The Hague. It is a main platform for engaged cinema, with dozens of documentaries and movies of inspired film makers being screened every year. Films that stir the debate about human rights, human dignity and the actual situation.

Screening at Dublin International Filmfestival

Same Same But Different is going to be shown the first time in Ireland to the public at JDIFF.
Established in 2003, The Jameson Dublin International Film Festival (JDIFF) has become Ireland’s premiere feature film festival. It takes place in Ireland’s capital city over the course of eleven days and nights each February. JDIFF continues its commitment to celebrating film as an art form by presenting over 120 films from the four corners of the globe to the Irish Audience.

Screening at the International Filmfestival in Berlin

The Berlinale is not only the city’s largest cultural event, but also one of the most important dates on the international film industry’s calendar. More than 19,000 film professionals from 136 countries, including about 4,000 journalists, are attending the Berlin International Film Festival every year. With more than 270,000 tickets sold, the Berlinale is not only a film industry meeting. It also enjoys the largest audience of any film festival in the world. Up to 400 films are shown every year as part of the Berlinale's public programme. Same Same But Different will be screened in German Cinema, which shows the most exciting German cinema productions. The screening is on the 19th of February 2010 at 11:30 am at the Cinemaxx 1 and only for participants with an accreditation.
