In eigener Sache - Our mission

Cebe has two days off. He already travelled to Paris, first place to spread the word about “Same Same but different” on the occasion of Rendez Vous with French cinema, The French worldsales companies will screen what is new and Delphi Filmverleih, the company, which is distributing “SameSame” in German speaking territories, will have a close look at the availabilities.

However, Cebe`s absence gives me the chance to give you some background information about him.

We all know cool people hang to the line “Never complain, never explain“, but actually we at Boje Buck are soft as shit. CeBe was hired by SameSameBlog.TV just recently. He is not really an experienced TV – Host or Interviewer, but he brought a lot of enthusiasm and most important some money of we have to admit unknown origin, to the table. So we could launch Loveline, which main purpose has been to cover the production of “Same Same but different”. Since this guy is a real sneaker and has a naive way of looking at things, we hoped he will provide us with interviews of cast and crew in a manner a more earnest person would never come up with. But sometimes he gets carried away. This was the case with Mary Wilson. A very fine person, I was pleased to meet. Playing the Babyshambles for her was just too much. Especially, since I, the producer of the movie, wanted to play this song after last slate in SouthEast Asia as kind of farewell song to all. The deputy manager of the hotel didn’t let that happen, which in retrospective seems to be a wise decision. I also get carried away sometimes.

But I try to balance and I will look after CeBe to do the same.
