Shooting in Cambodia

Shooting-Star David Kross has returned from Los Angeles and principal shooting for SAME SAME continues. After the premiere of "The Reader", in which Kross is acting aside Kate Winslet, he flew straight back to his "new home"– Cambodia.
The team has arrived in Kampong Chhnang on December 6 and is now shooting in a little village on the other side of the Tonle Sap lake. Every morning and evening, the whole crew has to travel by boat to the shooting location – a welcome opportunity for everyone to lean back and enjoy the idyllic ride. In the remote village of Kampong Chhnang Cambodia once more shows its intriguing face in provincial fashion: rice paddies, oxcarts and bamboo huts are the backdrop for the parts of the story that deal with Sreykeo's family background and introduce Ben to rural Cambodian county life with all its charms...
